In 2002, after 15 years in the mortgage banking industry, I opened the Law Office of Michael C. Schonberger, LLC in order to play a larger, and more trusted, role for my clients with their real estate transactional needs. Since that time I have represents hundreds of clients with their acquisitions and sales of both residential and commercial real estate. I have found on many occasions that my clients appreciate my experience and familiarity with the financial aspects of mortgage borrowing as well as having a keen sense of the progression, and direction, of a transaction.
